To help you understand exactly what you are getting here are some more details.

When designing your exercise program, I take into consideration your goals, fitness level, training history, past injuries or illness, available equipment and how often and how long you can work out for.

No ‘cookie cutter’ programs and no fancy fad exercises. Just simple, science proven movements that will get you results in the most efficient way, pain-free.


Once you sign up you will be emailed personal login details for the Muscle 4 Mind software which you can access through your browser on PC or Mobile, or through the M4M App. This is the powerhouse of Muscle 4 Mind and will give you access to your exercise programs with videos, weekly schedule, food logging, progress photos and results tracking, habit coaching and any assessments or forms to complete, as well as in-app messages.

Whenever you need, I will be contactable via email for any help, questions or support. Every week you will check-in by answering a few questions about how your week has been and what you want to achieve in the coming week. It only takes about 10 minutes and helps you stay accountable and lets me know how you’re going and how I may be able to help you further.

Nutrition is very complex and everyone’s nutritional needs are going to be very different depending on the individual and their goals.

Both coaching options offer excellent tools to take back control of your nutrition, only with the Ultimate Coaching we are able to provide more personalised and in-depth support.

Power Coaching provides simple rules to apply each day, daily nutrition tips and guidlines to follow, supplement guidelines and a flexible dieting guide that will guarantee results.

Ultimate Coaching offers all of that and also personalised macronutrient calculations and adjustments, personalised food and supplement reccomendations, and how to create your own meal plans and shopping lists with the foods you like quickly and easily, plus anything else you may specifically need to achieve your goal.

The goal is to give you the knowldge to be able to eat healthily and sustainably for life, reduce food related stress, build a positive relationship with food, eat for your goals and to be able to understand all of the confusing information out there!


The Ultimate Coaching offers flexible coaching calls for extra support and accountability. These are recommended but optional and are delivered via facebook call, skype or phone to see how you’re progressing. Coaching calls are similar to the check-in emails but are more personal and we can cover a lot more. It’s good to have someone to talk to and know that someone cares.


The Muscle 4 Mind guide book is delivered through the app and contains all the information and resources you will need to make sustainable lifestlye change.

It has sections on goal setting, weekly planning, nutrition guidelines and tips, how to measure and track progress, food suggestions, mindset improvement including things like sleep and meditation, dozens of simple tips improve your life instantly, injury prevention, recovery and common terms from the gym.

These are the foundations that we will grow from throughout the coaching process. 

Access to the Muscle 4 Mind private Facebook community, all likeminded people on the same journey with their own stories. We run challenges, competitions, group messages, keep each other accountable and share tips, tricks and experiences.

All results are measured, recorded and tracked through the Muscle 4 Mind app. Depending on your goals we can keep track of progress through many different measures and chart them to show progression over time. This allows us to create a much more specific plan to achieve your goal, address any problems and keeps you motivated and accountable.


When motivation fades, habits endure. When life get’s crazy and routine goes out the window, habits still remain.

We work together to focus on the areas you may be struggling with most and develop habits to address the problem and create a sustainable lifestyle change. An incredibly simple yet powerful tool.


If you’re a beginner, have injuries, have any doubts or just feel like you can’t quite master an exercise, getting your form evaluated by an expert can ensure you are doing everything correctly and getting the most out of your training sessions and minimising risk of injury. You can easily record videos of your exercises from within the Muscle 4 Mind app and I will be able to view them and provide you feedback directly.




Choose the coaching option that suits you above. You will be taken to a sign up form to complete your details.

Once completed, you will be taken to PayPal. Your payment details are securely stored on PayPal, and you will not be charged until the end of the 14 day trial. You can cancel anytime within the 2 week free trial and you will not be charged a cent.


Once you have completed your sign up, you will recieve a welcome email from me within 15 minutes  which will contain your log in details and links to download the Muscle 4 Mind app on Google Play or the Apple App Store (free download). You are also able to login via the web here. 

Once you have logged in, you will have an in-app message with a quick video to show you how to use the app and get started.


Your account will come pre-loaded with a couple of forms to complete, which will give me some more information about your goals, health, exercise history etc. There will also be a simple food diary, a couple of videos and a basic body weight program that you can try out while I design your personalised program.


Once you  have submitted your forms , I will be in touch with you either via email or quick call (whichever you prefer) to get to know you a bit, discuss your answers and work with you to design an effective, holistic plan to  achive your goals.


All of your personalised coaching will be delivered through the app. Habits, exercise programs and nutrition coaching will all be developed over the course of 12 weeks, there is no lock-in contract but if you really want to see some changes, completing at least 12 weeks is highly reccomended. We will check in weekly via email (or call depending on package) and will record and track progress every 4 weeks. You will recieve all the tools and support you need to achieve your goal!
