WHAT WE DO

My name is Charley and I am the head coach of Muscle 4 Mind. After working as a personal trainer for 5 years and personally struggling with my own physcial and mental health, I created Muscle 4 Mind to help more people overcome depression, anxiety and feel great; physically and mentally.

The Muscle 4 Mind coaching method is different to other online programs. We focus on working with a small number of clients at a time to make a real difference.

We believe (and the research backs us up) that you can significantly improve anxiety, depression and other mental illness through improved health and lifestyle change.

We work with you on things like exercise, nutrition, sleep, managing stress, mindset and we know a few other little secrets to get you feeling your best as well.

We also understand that some people need more than just an exercise program or a meal plan, especially if they are battling with their mental health. We focus on sustainable lifestyle change, and take care of every single member like we would a family member, giving as much guidance and support as you need.

OUR MISSION

My mission at Muscle 4 Mind is to teach young people to learn the skills to achieve the body of their dreams, and to do it in a healthy, sustainable way, before it’s too late.

Having struggled in the past with depression, anxiety, binge eating, chronic stress, and gut health issues like leaky gut, I’ve learnt the hard way the impact poor lifestyle choices can have on your physical and mental health.

I have also done two transformations at different stages in my life; from a skinny kid to adding 20kgs of lean muscle and from overweight with a terrible relationship with food to losing 15kgs and being happy and healthy in my body.

I am passionate about helping prevent anyone else from suffering the same things that I have and making the same mistakes that I did.

I believe that any time spent being unhappy is time wasted, and I don’t want anyone to waste as much time being unhappy as I have.
